We have more than 15 years of experience organizing short- and long
horse-safaris. Hundreds of people did ride with us, from 2 1/2 hours to even
32 days!
Safety has our highest priority. We have very well trained horses,
suitable for any kind of rider. We provide professional English speaking
guides and we keep the size of the groups small. Our saddles and other
equipment are all in excellent condition and we provide imported
riding-helmets. |

SHORT SAFARIS
Our short safaris are excellent for people without much time. Even on a
short safari you will get a real image of rural India. On every safari you will see small villages, agricultural areas and mountain-areas. On
the ½ day and full day safari you will also see Tiger-lake, a big
unspoiled lake surrounded by mountains.
Transportation to the ranch from Udaipur-city and back is included.

LONG SAFARIS |

After more than 15 years of exploring the area around Udaipur we have discovered the most beautiful tracks along rivers, lakes and small villages where people still live in very traditional ways. We have found amazing tracks through the wild-life areas of the Arravali mountains as well. 90% of the tracks are inaccessible to other traffic. All long safaris are being guided by Dinesh, the owner of the ranch, who is fluent in English and has lots of knowledge about Marwari horses and the area where we will take you.
On the long safaris we will ride 25 to 35 km. per day and we will serve excellent vegetarian meals. On the way we will camp in spacious tents with comfortable beds, usually near a small village or in the middle of nature near a river or lake. Sometimes we will sleep in a simple forest rest-house. It is also possible to book long safaris with overnight stay in (heritage) hotels. To keep the environmental impact to a minimum we train our staff to bring out all refuse from the area.

| Udaipur to Kumbhalgarh |
This safari passes through the beautiful Arravali mountain-range. Apart from the magnificent mountain-landscape you will see big, unspoiled lakes, meandering rivers and picturesque tribal villages.
We will camp at beautiful and quiet spots near a lake, river or small village.
On the evening of the third day we will take you to an ancient Shiva-temple, situated in the middle of the jungle. The atmosphere and sounds of the evening-puja (religious ceremony) are unforgettable.
The last part of the safari goes via a beautiful valley to the majestic Kumbhalgarh fort, which was built in the 15th century by Rana Kumbha. It is built on an 1,100 meter peak and has a 36 kilometer long wall. The views from the fort on the surrounding landscape are stunning.

| 7 days safari |
| Udaipur to Ranakpur |
The first 4 days of this safari are similar to the Udaipur-Kumbhalgarh safari.
After Kumbhalgarh we will pass through the Kumbhalgarh-wildlife sanctuary which has a variety of flora and fauna and is home of many endangered species like wolf, leopard, hyena, jackal and sloth bear. Through semi-desert and impressive rocky areas we will reach Ghanerao-village where you can visit many Hindu- and Jain-temples. There is also a beautiful palace where we will have afternoon-tea.
The journey goes on to Narlai which also has many temples, one of them built on a mammoth granite rock.,
The last part of the safari passes through many villages of nomads (Raika’s), a tribe which travels most of the year with their camels and sheep through Rajasthan. The safari ends in Ranakpur, where you can visit the famous Ranakpur-Jain temple, well known for its beautiful marble carvings |

| 10 days safari |
| PUSHKAR FAIR SAFARI 2012 |
Udaipur to Pushkar (via Kumbhalgarh and Ranakpur)
On 15th of November 2012 we will start our 10 day Pushkar fair safari.
Every day we will ride about 30-35 kilometers on Marwari horses, with a professional English speaking guide on an extra horse
We will ride the first 5 days in the beautiful Arravali mountains, passing lakes, rivers and remote tribal villages. On the way it is possible to visit the majestic Kumbhalgarh fort and the beautiful Ranakpur Jain temple. The last 5 days we will ride through (semi)desert areas to Pushkar which we will reach on 24th of November. You will have plenty of time to visit the fair which ends 28th of November in Pushkar. A free ride on the fair-ground is included.

All long safaris include:
- Transportation from Udaipur city to the ranch
- Horses and equipment
- 3 meals a day, coffee, tea, mineral water

- Transportation of horses back to Udaipur (by truck)
- Transportation of participants back to Udaipur (optional)
- Overnight stay in spacious tents with comfortable beds
